Job summary

Randstad USA in Cullman, AL is seeking general Assembly/Production Associates for the Friday–Sunday night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will perform basic assembly, part stacking, and quality checks in a safe environment. Steel-toed/composite shoes are required, with overtime paid at $27.00/hr if hours exceed 40 per week.

Pay range is $17.99–$18 per hour, no degree required. Open positions may involve operating robots, performing preventative maintenance, and following safety protocols.

• Can perform required maintenance and preventative maintenance duties.
• Works in a safe manner and follows safety rules and practices.
• Has successful experience in problem-solving and improvement.
• Constant standing, bending, and lifting.

These positions are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights 6pm-6:30am! Work all 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Job Details:

You could be working in multiple areas of our facility performing basic assembly work, stacking/sorting parts, auditing/inspecting parts or operating other safe equipment. Steel toed/composite shoes are required.
