We are currently seeking a Production Associate at our Chattanooga Healthcare Laundry facility. The ideal candidate is confident in decision-making, acts quickly, and communicates effectively. If you're committed to performance and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures.
2. Separate, fold, and distribute clean linen.
3. Inspect linen to ensure quality standards.
4. Pouch and label sterile products using heat sealing machines.
5. Send finished packs to Sterilizer Operator.
6. Maintain productivity and quality standards.
7. Recommend process improvements.
8. Mentor and train fellow associates.
9. Understand all Standard Operating Procedures.
10. Keep work station clean and organized.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Detail-oriented.
2. Capable of performing repetitive motions for at least two hours.
3. Flexible to work on different assignments.
4. Ability to stand for long periods.
5. Ability to read and understand SOPs.

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in production or assembly is a plus.
