Successful candidates should be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally possess kitchen experience or previous work in a cannabis production environment. Full medical, vision, and dental benefits are included.

Rotating schedule with a 4 day work week and a 10 hour work day.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 9AM to 7:30PM
• Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9AM to 7:30PM

Job Overview

As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in the processing and production of high‑quality cannabis products. This includes extraction, packaging, and ensuring product quality. You will work closely with the Extraction Manager and team to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support extraction processes, including operating extraction equipment and ensuring safe and efficient production of cannabis concentrates.
• Assist with lab‑related tasks, preparation and testing of samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with packaging of cannabis products, including labeling, weighing, and sealing for distribution.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout production to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas to prevent contamination.
• Adhere to all state and local regulations and company policies to ensure legal and operational standards are met.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking and recording product quantities and reporting discrepancies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies; be open to learning and implementing new methods to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to support the smooth operation of the production department.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager to support overall success of operation.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a cannabis production facility, lab, or related manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality control, policy, procedure, and documentation.
• Experience with cannabis extraction processes, lab procedures, and production techniques, and proficiency in using production‑related software and tools.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple active processes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to consistently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand/move continuously.
• Ability to perform various physical activities including lifting, standing, and squatting.
