Job summary

Amigo Mobility International, Inc. is seeking a full-time production team member in Michigan to join a fast-paced environment. You will follow detailed work instructions to assemble top quality mobility products and collaborate with Sales and Engineering on custom units.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of production assembly or mechanical repair experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and passes a pre-employment background screen. A competitive benefits package is offered in a team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Build top quality products based on detailed work instructions.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve quality.

The ideal candidate should have previous production experience, strong mechanical skills, and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Duties And Responsibilities

• Build top quality products based on detailed work instructions
• Work efficiently to complete assembly requirements in a timely manner
• Cross train in other areas as directed by Production Manager or delegate
• Independent self‑starter but also able to work in a team
• Properly complete all checklists and any other required documentation for unit builds
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales and Engineering for custom units
• Always maintain a clean and safe work area
• Continually look for ways to improve products, reduce waste, and improve quality

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years production assembly or mechanical repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
