Regal Rexnord is hiring for an on-site Production Associate in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The role involves winding and repair operations, reading blueprints, OTIS and SMI manuals, and using hand and power tools.

You will work to required tolerances, maintain safety, and contribute to quality production in a multi-task environment. We seek individuals with good hand-eye coordination, willingness to learn, and the ability to read technical documents.

Reads and interprets Model Folders, Online technical System (OTIS) and Standard Manual Instructions (SMI). Must be able to read and understand blueprints and have working knowledge of Shop Orders.# ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSRead and understand Blue prints, OTIS, and SMI. Identify motor components required for operation.Use a variety of hand and power tools to setup and operate equipment. Make adjustments as necessary.Must have a high degree of hand – eye coordination and dexterity to perform required repetitive operations.Maintain production and quality standards and identify equipment and product malfunctions.Setup and operate equipment at required tolerances.Operate a variety of Powered Equipment safely at standard production rates.Inspect work and recognize conformance to Quality and Engineering specifications.
