Job summary

Easterseals‑Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain in Billings, MT is seeking a Production Associate to support donation processing, sorting and stocking for sale, and guest and donor assistance. You will learn all production areas and work to meet daily goals.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift, with cross-training across production functions. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and a welcoming, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort/prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-train and assist in all production areas as directed.

Job description

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals. Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross‑trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
