Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support daily donation processing, sorting merchandise for sale, stock replenishment, and floor presentation. You will greet guests and donors and assist with donation intake as needed.

This role requires the ability to handle repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and work with people of varying abilities. A willingness to cross-train across production duties is essential.

Job description

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals. Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
