Qualifications

• Electrical wiring experience.
• Prototype development and testing experience.
• Comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products following work instructions.
• Operate light equipment such as drills, presses, crimpers, and custom tooling.
• Load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and process development.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and consumables inventory.
• Partner with engineers and production teams on development builds.
• Help improve and optimize production line stations and workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to design requirements.

We’re hiring Production Associates to support a fast-growing, high-volume manufacturing operation producing advanced consumer technology products. This is a hands-on role for motivated individuals who thrive in a structured, team-driven production environment and are looking for strong weekly hours and consistent overtime.

As demand continues to grow, this role plays a critical part in keeping production moving efficiently, safely, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products following work instructions
