Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Production Associate in Ayer, MA to support all production areas including receiving, material handling, machine operation, packaging and shipping.

The role requires hands-on work with lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift experience a plus, and at least 2 years in production or warehouse settings. Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM, pay $22/hr, with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in production, warehouse or manufacturing.
• Shipping/receiving and packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments.
• Move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Operate production machinery and adjust as needed.
• Inspect and package finished products to standards.
• Label and stage goods for shipping.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain shipping records.
• Assist with general warehouse or production duties.

We are seeking a Production Associate for a manufacturing company in Ayer, MA. This is a hands‑on role supporting all areas of production, including receiving, material handling, machine operation, packaging, and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and maintain organized inventory


• Safely move materials throughout production areas using pallet jacks or forklifts


• Operate production machinery and perform basic machine adjustments as needed


• Inspect and package finished products according to quality standards


• Prepare, label, and stage completed goods for shipping


• Load and unload trucks and maintain accurate shipping records


• Assist with general warehouse or production duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing


• Previous shipping & receiving as well as packaging experience preferred


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods


• Forklift experience or certification a plus.

The hours for this role are Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM. The pay is $22/hr.
