Job summary

Our client in Alstead, NH is hiring a Production Worker to join their team. The role includes assisting in production setup, loading, packaging, palletizing, and line changeovers. Requires basic math, reading skills, and accuracy; pallet jack experience is a plus. Regular hours Mon–Fri, 6am-2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Reading ability; high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Consistent attendance history.
• Pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work effectively at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Leaders in set up for production runs and changeovers.
• Load containers onto conveyor belts for filling.
• Package and palletize completed cases of product.
• Clean production area and equipment as directed.
• Rework projects including labeling, case boxing, and repalletizing product.
• Assist in performing periodic inventory counts of products.
• Report any quality or safety concerns to the Production Manager.
