Sheet Labels, Inc. is hiring for a Production Associate to support our operations on the Austin production floor. This full-time, onsite role involves operating light-manufacturing equipment, packaging, and warehouse tasks.

You’ll work across multiple paths as we cross-train, with opportunities to move up as you gain multi-skilled experience. We value reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Reads job tickets and SOPs; asks before improvising on quality-critical steps.
• Willing to cross-train across machines, finishing, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Operate light-manufacturing equipment: setup, run, QA, troubleshoot.
• Run packaging lines: carton / case packing, palletizing, labeling, kitting, final QC.
• Shipping & receiving: pick / pack / ship, inbound raw stock, cycle counts.
• Warehouse & forklift: sit-down and stand-up operation, inventory accuracy.

About the role

SLI is hiring across the production floor — light‑manufacturing operators, packaging, shipping, and warehouse staff who want to grow with a fast‑moving label‑manufacturing business. Apply with whichever background fits you best; we’ll route you to the matching path. Multi‑skilled candidates (forklift‑certified packers, shipping clerks with cycle‑count experience) move to the top of the band.

What you’ll do

• Operate light‑manufacturing equipment — setup, run, monitor, QA, troubleshoot
• Run packaging lines — carton / case packing, palletizing, labeling, kitting, final QC
• Shipping & receiving — pick / pack / ship, outbound freight, LTL pickups, inbound raw stock, cycle counts
• Warehouse & forklift — sit‑down and stand‑up operation, raw‑stock put‑away, location picking, inventory accuracy

What we’re looking for

• Reliable attendance — shift‑based, onsite role
• Comfortable on your feet for an 8–10 hour shift; can lift up to 50 lbs
• Reads job tickets, follows SOPs, asks before improvising on quality‑critical steps
• Wants to learn — we cross‑train across machines, finishing, and packaging
• Safety‑first: PPE, lockout‑tagout, forklift certification where applicable
