Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking Production Associates for the Arlington, TX facility. The shift runs 11am - 7:30pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring accurate records for in-process parts.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in manufacturing, basic math skills, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while handling pallets and related machinery. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and procedures.
• Inspect and package parts per specification pages and record information on in-process sheets.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble and label materials per production instructions.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Know how to operate EPS recycling equipment (Pre-breakers/Re-Grinding).
• Follow general safety instructions.

Atlas Molded Products is seeking Production Associates for the Arlington, TX facility. This shift will be from 11am - 7:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Production Associate Primary Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
• General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record required information on in-process sheets.
• Bundles, wraps, stacks, packs, assemble and/or labels materials per specific production instructions.
• Operates side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate Pre-breakers / Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
• Must be trained and familiar with general safety.

Production Associate Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred

Production Associate Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken, preferred.
• Must be able to use simple math, count and use basic hand-held measuring tools.

Production Associate Education, Licenses & Certifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Production Associate Additional Information

• Light to moderate physical effort required including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders, grasping, fine and course manipulation, reaching both forward and above head level, and tolerant of temperature changes for the entire shift.
• Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 pounds; and safely operate assigned machinery.
