Fox Business Network is seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant for The Big Money Show in New York. You will pitch ideas, cut video, and manage graphics while supporting senior staff in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

The role focuses on developing news writing skills, assisting on-air talent, and delivering segments under tight deadlines, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM ET shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• A passion for current events and business news.
• Knowledge of newsroom functions.
• Familiarity with digital editing platforms such as Dalet and iNews.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong social media skills and time-management under tight deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Production Assistant to join "The Big Money Show" on Fox Business. You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You are comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You have an interest in news and want to pursue a career in tv. As the Production Assistant, you have a 'good eye' for what leads to the most creative and compelling TV screen. You will be offered the following shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM ET - 3:00 PM ET

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $19.00-27.65 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
