Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Assistant for The Belasco in Los Angeles. You will support touring or stage production operations, delivering food and beverages to artists, keeping backstage areas clean, and assisting with guest lists and artist needs.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, a clean driving record, and the ability to work late hours in a fast-paced venue environment. Competitive, hourly compensation is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent.
• Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter.
• Assist with show pass and guest list distribution.
• Assist Green Room Server with any needs of the artist.
• Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to Company policy.
• Know the region to locate restaurants, stores, music stores, etc.
• Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance; good driving record.
• Maintain Company safety and sanitation standards.
• Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional.
