PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for scheduling the production of products sold in bulk and bulk packs
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists with production of commercial products
Assists when needed with ordershipments including the Canadian and international process
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Entering and closing work orders
Back the responsibilities of making labels for packaged product as well as germination stickers
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 or more years of retail related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic business principals of inventory management and mechanics.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Frequently exposed to working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Frequently required to lift 51-70 lbs. as needed.
Will be required to work hours other than those considered “normal” to meet seasonal demands.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
