AZEK Company in Ohio is seeking a Production Operator for a 6:45 PM–7:00 AM rotating shift. Pay is $19.00 per hour, with a $3,000 bonus eligible ($1,500 at 3 months and $1,500 at 6 months).

Core duties include supporting accident-free operations, ensuring product quality, packing finished goods, moving materials, completing reports, and following safety procedures. Candidates should show teamwork, reliability, accountability, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure; High School/GED

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to accident-free operations and safety compliance.
• Assist department in producing a quality product per specs.
• Perform quality checks on color, surface, size.
• Place pallets and package finished material per directions.
• Move material to designated areas as needed.
• Assist extrusion operator with cleaning tasks.
• Communicate daily issues to team members and leaders.
• Complete production reports and required paperwork.
• Attach labels per product specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping in the production area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Description

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour!

Hours: 6:45PM to 7AM 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule!

This position is eligible for a $3,000 Bonus!

Core Responsibilities:

• Contributes to accident free operations and compliance to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements and regulations.
• Assist the department in producing a quality product based upon product specifications.
• Monitor and complete quality checks to assure quality of the products (color, surface, size, etc.) meets product standards prior to packaging.
• Perform placement of pallets and proper packaging techniques for finished material as directed.
• Move material to designated areas, as needed.
• Assist extrusion operator with all machine cleaning functions including saws, tanks, etc. when necessary.
• Communicate daily issues and pertinent information to production assistants, assistant operators, operators and team leaders as needed.
• Follow all plant safety procedures in order to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
• Understand and follow all company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Responsible for detailed completion of production operator reports.
• Complete additional quality and production paperwork as necessary.
• Complete and attach labels according to the product specifications.
• Perform housekeeping duties in the production area.
• Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by leadership.
