Job summary

Christ Fellowship Church, Inc. is seeking a Production Assistant for the Campus Production Team to support logistics, operate systems, and onboard volunteers for weekend and event productions.

You will recruit, train, and schedule volunteers, run weekly check-ins, and help operate audio, video, and lighting equipment. The role also covers content transfers and inventory management, reporting to the Production Manager. This is a full-time, hourly position based in Florida.

Qualifications

• Completed or undergraduate degree in progress.
• Operational knowledge in at least one production discipline; audio, video (preferred), or lighting.
• Experience loading in/out and setting/striking production equipment.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
