You’ll be the go-to person for everything from scheduling and equipment management to fostering a creative and efficient studio environment. Partnering with Aquent, you’ll be joining a team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in the success of the studio. You’ll be instrumental in maximizing studio utilization, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining a seamless workflow for all productions. Your organizational skills and passion for production will be key to creating a positive and productive environment for the entire team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Studio Bookings & Scheduling: Masterfully manage all studio bookings, optimizing schedules and resources to avoid conflicts and maximize studio usage. Keep clients and internal teams informed with proactive communication about confirmations, changes, and essential details.
  • Equipment Management & Maintenance: Take ownership of all studio equipment, ensuring everything is in perfect working order. Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and inventory management, and train clients on proper equipment use and studio protocols.
  • Studio Operations & Logistics: Oversee daily studio operations, from booking cleaning services and managing supplies to maintaining a pristine and organized studio environment. Implement and uphold studio policies and procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations within the set operational hours.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in a studio or related field within the media production industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of production workflows, equipment, and terminology.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Film, Television, Production, Communications, or similar).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard studio equipment and software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.35 to $32.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
