Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Indiana is seeking a Production Associate to operate on multiple shifts, prepare and ship products, and help keep the line running safely and efficiently. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety standards in a high‑volume environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, forklift or clamp truck experience, and at least two years in manufacturing; overtime and weekend work may be required in an unairconditioned facility with noise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience in corrugated industry is a plus.

About The Opportunity

Schedule/Hours

1st shift: 7:00am-3:00pm

2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm

3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am

Crew A & B: 7:00am-7:00pm

Crew C & D: 7:00pm-7:00am

Compensation

$20.72 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering products for conversion into finished items
• Organizing final products for shipping and distribution
• Sharing team goals and managing job assignments
• Performing basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
• Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a continuously safe and clean team work environment

Education Desired

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience Required

• Previous experience working on with a forklift or clamp truck
• Two (2) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Previous experience working in the corrugated industry

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

• Maintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment
• Our Production Associates work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume environment

Physical Requirements

• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and / or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day, up to 12 hours
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degrees
• Ability to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)
