Job summary

ADTN International Ltd. in the New York area seeks a Production Assistant who is self-motivated, detail oriented and organized to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities include style creation from sales orders, cost sheet setup, PO issuance, tracking milestones, photography prep and licensor approvals. 1–3 years in apparel and knowledge of men’s sportswear are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the apparel industry.
• Knowledge of men’s and boys’ sportswear garments is needed.
• Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with US retailers, especially private label accounts, is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1-3 years of experience in the apparel industry
• Knowledge of men’s and boys’ sportswear garments is needed
• Ability to multitask in handling all deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with US retailers, especially private label accounts, is a plus

Tasks include:

• Style creation upon receipt of sales orders
• Cost sheet set up
• Purchase order issuance
• Create and maintain tracking charts with key production milestone dates
• Prep Packages to send for photography samples
• Manage Licensor Approvals

Salary: $60,000 per year
