This role assists with daily production operations, including running teleprompters, producing highlights, researching video content, coordinating graphics, and publishing multimedia assets. The Production Assistant ensures timely, accurate, and complete content delivery while maintaining organized video archives for future use. Success in this role requires a strong knowledge of sports, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Flexibility to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Support content creation for various studio properties.
• Daily responsibilities will vary, ranging from running teleprompter, producing highlights, and researching video content for assigned shows.
• Provide timely, accurate and complete delivery of multimedia content and publish to various platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year experience in sports media, preferably in television production.

• Familiarity with server-based media and/or non-linear editing equipment.
• Leadership experience in a professional role, organization or activity.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $46,800 to $62,700 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
