Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is hiring a production associate to support plant operations, packaging work, and changeovers on a rotating 12-hour shift. You will help ensure safety, quality, and timely throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. You will work collaboratively with the Production Lead and teammates to meet daily production goals and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift.
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Primarily responsible for assisting in packaging of product for internal and external use, and assisting in changeover with other production teammates. Will work a rotating 12 hour shift, 8a-8p with every other weekend off.
