Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Associate to support daily plant operations, assist in packaging of products, and help with changeovers alongside production teammates.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and adherence to production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.

• Follows all company policies and procedures.
