Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Support teammate to assist in daily operations, packaging of product for internal and external use, and changeovers with fellow production staff.

You will work on a rotating 12-hour shift, 8a-8p, with every other weekend off, and be expected to follow safety guidelines, maintain clean work areas, and report waste. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift.
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
