Job summary

Koffee Kult in Florida is seeking a motivated coffee production teammate to support weighing, bagging, grinding, labeling and packing. You will assist in roasting prep, feed beans into the hopper, and help schedule roaster operations, while performing routine equipment cleaning. No prior experience required; strong desire to work and be part of a busy roastery are valued.

You'll participate in cupping to ensure quality and help with shipping and inventory duties as needed, in a warm environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work in a warm environment.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, bags, grinds, labels, and packs coffee.
• Assists in roasting preparation and production.
• Lifts green beans, feeds hopper, and oversees roaster profiles and schedule.
• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of roastery & production equipment.
• Participates in daily cupping to ensure quality output.
• Assists in shipping and communicates inventory levels to the manager.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Weighs, bags, grinds, labels, and packs packages coffee.
• Assist in the roasting preparation and production.
• Lifting of green, feeding beans into the hopper, oversight of the roaster profiles and schedule.
• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of all coffee roastery & production equipment

Other Responsibilities:

• Participates in daily cupping to ensure quality output.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Assists in the shipping of goods as needed
• Communicates inventory levels to the manager.

Skills:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 6 to 8 hours a day.
• Able to work in a warm/hot environment.
• Thoroughness, high productivity standards, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or 1- 2 years equivalent applicable work experience
