Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery for 2nd shift (2:30PM - 11PM) in Minnesota. We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment, feed books into machines, and ensure quality while meeting daily production goals.

This on-site role offers hands-on learning and opportunities to grow within the print manufacturing field. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can follow instructions, read forms accurately, and work reliably in a team.

• Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

What We’re Looking For:

Physical & Work Environment:

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Walking: Must be able to walk with ease, as some operations require constant walking.
• Standing: Must be able to stand (almost all jobs operations require long hours) on a concrete floor, or wooden platform.
• Lifting: Must be able to lift various materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously.
• Twisting: Must be able to twist/rotate at the waist, up to 90 degrees, when loading or packing.
