About the role

The Production Assistant plays a key part in keeping our manufacturing floor running smoothly. You’ll package and inspect parts to meet customer standards, prepare materials, keep work areas organized, and support the press team with tasks such as staging packaging, labeling boxes, swapping out bins, and moving scrap.

What you’ll do

• Package and label parts in accordance with manufacturing standards
• Weigh parts to ensure proper part count
• Inspect parts for obvious signs of defect
• Navigate and utilize Production Monitor (PROMON) System
• Prepare packaging for the floor and transport to zones
• Load packaged parts onto skids in appropriate areas
• Add material labels to scrap gaylords
• Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of items

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of computers and applications

Pay Range
