Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Production Assembly Associates for a variety of manufacturing facilities in the Lewis-Clark Valley and surrounding areas. Located in Lewiston, ID, this role offers full-time day, swing, and night shifts with pay ranging from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour (DOE).

As an assembly associate, you will use hand and power tools, follow work instructions, and help ensure quality throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the assignment.
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other production duties as assigned
