Job summary

R.W. Beckett Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Production Assembly Technician to join its manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical units and parts using hand and light power tools, and read production drawings and instructions to ensure high-quality output.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a team-based assembly role, can stand 10 hours, and lift up to 30 lbs. Overtime is common during peak seasons; benefits include health and life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a team-based assembly environment.
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Experience with hand and light power tools.
• Strong understanding of assembly instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime as required (seasonal).

Production Assembly Technician

As a Production Assembly Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in assembling mechanical units and parts, contributing to high-quality products while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Assemble mechanical units and parts using hand and light power tools.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 5:50 AM - 4:20 PM
• Seasonal Overtime on Fridays: 5:50 AM - 4:20 PM
• Seasonal Overtime on Saturdays: 5:50 AM - 11:30 AM
• $18.75 Starting rate
