Job summary

Re:Build DAPR Engineering in Nashua/Merrimack, NH is seeking a Production Assembly Technician to build and assemble components with precision on-site.

You will read engineering drawings, BOMs, and schematics, operate assembly machinery, and maintain quality by inspecting work, documenting progress, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. Work closely with teammates to meet production targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail and hand–eye coordination.
  • Mechanical aptitude with comfort using hand tools.
  • Ability to lift 50 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Stage parts and subassemblies; install tops, switches, levers, and wires with precision.
  • Operate assembly machinery; use hand tools to make, repair, and assemble components and products.
  • Read and apply engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, schematics, blueprints, and procedures.
  • Own production metrics and quality; visually inspect to standards and route defects for rework per process.
  • Document work accurately on forms and graphs.
  • Tackle issues with inoperative equipment; reason through problems and resolve them quickly.
  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance and keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Meet all safety requirements for the company and the industry.

This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
