Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Associate to monitor processes, ensure quality, maintain equipment, and document results on-site. You will work under the Production Supervisor on the Flow Cytometry Team and support continuous improvement efforts.

The Manufacturing Assembly Associate is responsible forprocess monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuance improvement and compliance and safety.

This position reports to the Production Supervisorand is part of the Beckman Coulter, Life Sciences Flow Cytometry Teamlocated in Indianapolis, IN and willbe an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Apply analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and processes to identify areas or improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production equipment, software systems, and relevant technologies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MS office products, Microsoft Excel, email.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Will be traveling to Miami, FL to train for at least 8 to 12 weeks.
  • Target hire date: July 13th, 2026
  • Miami training: 7/20/2026-9/21/2026 (8 weeks)
  • PTO break: (Sept 28th -Oct 2nd)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.
