Job summary

SURGE Staffing seeks dependable Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities

• Assemble manufacturing products according to work instructions and customer specifications
• Perform laminating, fastening, and assembly using tools such as staple guns, nail guns, and screws
• Fold, pack, close, and label cartons; stack finished products onto pallets for transfer
• Strap or bundle goods as required
• Perform visual and sensory quality checks (appearance, code dates, seals, and cases)
• Record product, packaging, and order information on required forms
• Use hand trucks or material handling equipment to organize work areas and move materials
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Meet all safety policies, quality standards, and production efficiency goals
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
