Position Description $3,000 New Hire Bonus!!! Besides building great RVs, Winnebago is always looking for good people who want the chance to build a great career at a great company. We are currently looking for new employees to start work in our North Iowa facilities. Locations include Forest City and Lake Mills. We have excellent benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid vacations available. Most of the positions will involve working on an assembly line with some positions involving bench type work. Jobs involve using hand tools such as drills, screw guns, staple guns, power saws, knives, routers, and hammers. Some jobs will involve running power equipment such as metal stamping machines, presses, shears, benders, glue machines, cut-off saws, etc. Starting pay begins at $20.00 an hour with an opportunity to "Jump-Start" your pay to a higher rate after just 120 days. There's no experience needed, but Winnebago will pay for relevant experience and skills. New Hires will also have an opportunity to receive up to $3,000 worth of bonus' in the first 5 months of employment. #WeBuild
