Some jobs will involve running power equipment such as metal stamping machines, presses, shears, benders, glue machines, cut-off saws, etc. Starting pay begins at $20.00 an hour with an opportunity to "Jump-Start" your pay to a higher rate after just 120 days. There's no experience needed, but Winnebago will pay for relevant experience and skills. New Hires will also have an opportunity to receive up to $3,000 worth of bonus' in the first 5 months of employment. #WeBuild
