PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER ON WEEKEND SHIFT

What you will do:

As our Production Assembler, you will assist the Operations Team with assembling components to make products that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources – Water! This position is located at our Detroit Lakes, MN facility.

The job responsibilities include:

• Control Panel Assembly: Meticulously assemble control panels, focusing on efficiency, workmanship, and attention to detail, following bill of materials and schematics for precise construction.
• Component Layout: Properly arrange back panel and enclosure-mounted components using common hand tools like screwdrivers and wire cutters.

The skills needed:

Dependability, teamwork, willingness to learn, pride in workmanship, and productivity are essential. Training will be provided to help you succeed as an assembler and build your future. No prior experience is required.

• What shift is available? Work only 3 days a week, Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm.
• Is there a Weekend Shift Differential? Yes, an additional $2.00/hour.
• What is the PTO and holiday policy? Up to 3 weeks of PTO in the first year, plus an additional week after 1 year, and 8 paid holidays annually.
