Job summary

Allegion's Steelcraft facility in Cincinnati is seeking production team members to perform manual and material handling duties, support machine operators, and help move raw materials through multiple departments.

You will be trained and have opportunities to grow your skills while joining a diverse, safety-focused workforce recognized for excellence. This role operates on 1st shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to see well with depth perception and color distinction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain balance.
• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs and frequent material handling.
• Willingness to work across departments and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform production work to assist machine operators and set up equipment.
• Handle and transport raw materials, parts, and supplies.
• Load/unload trucks, count, weigh, and store materials.
• Deliver materials to departments and assist with processing equipment.
• Assist with cleaning and follow standardized work methods.
