Job summary

Allegion's Steelcraft facility in Cincinnati is hiring for a first shift manufacturing role. You will perform production work to support machine operators, handle materials, and help move items through the plant.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but training and development are provided. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, short-term disability, and paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Ability to see well, color distinction required.
• Stand for long periods with balance.
• Lift 25–50 lbs, frequent handling.
• Occasionally climb, kneel, crouch.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform production work to set up and operate machines.
• Handle and transport raw materials, parts, supplies, tools, fixtures, dies.
• Load and unload trucks; count, weigh, and store materials.
• Load/unload conveyors and processing equipment.
• Deliver materials to manufacturing departments.
• Follow standardized methods of work.
