Position: Production Assembler on Night Shift

Schedule: Mon-Fri, shift starts at 7pm

Pay: $18.00/hour + $1.25 shift differential

A Production Assembler position is available in Temperance at MI Windows and Doors. The role involves safely and efficiently fabricating and assembling windows and sub-components within quality standards. This is a night shift position starting at 7pm, with an hourly pay of $18.00 plus a $1.25 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, using Personal Protective Equipment and following safety policies.
• Follow quality guidelines and inspect products for defects.
• Meet operational performance standards.
• Use hand/power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
• Follow oral and written instructions, including reading production paperwork and using measurement tools.
• Operate equipment, maintain work area, and attend to attendance and overtime requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties within takt times.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Manual dexterity for assembly and machinery operation.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
