Production Assembler - Insulated Glass Department

Position Overview

We are seeking a Swing Shift Production Assembler in our Insulated Glass (IG) department in Tualatin, OR. This role involves constructing windows and patio doors across all assembly phases, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency to meet departmental goals.

Compensation

Starting at $22.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.

• Support product build and assembly with accuracy and efficiency following standard work instructions.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, roofing, or warehouse roles.
• Mechanical aptitude, including ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and simple addition/subtraction.
