Milgard Windows & Doors, part of MITER Brands, is hiring Production Assemblers for a swing shift in Tualatin, OR. The role involves assembling and installing insulated glass panels, operating fabrication tools, and ensuring quality through inspection, with mandatory overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret basic work orders and production orders.
• Perform basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout shift.
• Strong teamwork, safety, and production focus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Read production orders and assemble components.
• Operate chop saws and fabrication equipment.
• Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash/frame.
• Inspect units for quality and completeness before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
