Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Production Assembler I in our Distribution Center to assemble and finish display boards for our retail showrooms. The typical shift is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime as needed.

Training and safety guidance are provided, and you will work in a team focused on quality and efficiency. You will move boards and materials, mix grout per sheet, apply grout, inspect equipment, and label and package finished boards for shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related work experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conveys boards or materials from production areas to designated areas.
• Mixes required grout type and color per board production sheet.
• Applies grout to tile joints using floats or other tools.
• Lifts, moves, sorts, and places finished boards in/out of rolling carts.
• Uses warehouse management and RF system to pick and pack boards.
