Job description

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Eligibility for overtime where required)

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina, USA

Summary:

We are seeking a Production Assembler to assemble electronic billboards. Your responsibilities can include measuring and making accurate cuts to parts, ensuring all parts are put together correctly.

The primary responsibilities and duties include; but are not limited to:

  • Assembly of extrusions and cabinet kits.
  • Responsible for primary and secondary wiring.
  • Responsible for the cleaning of the billboards before leaving the shop.
  • Cut and install trim work.
  • Install cortex and load center.
  • Stack and test boards.
  • Shrink wrap and load boards for travel or storage.
  • Operate and maintain the tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by Operations Manager or his/her designate.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Academic Training:

  • High school diploma or GED.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in the sign industry or assembly work.
  • Valid Class C driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • A general knowledge of assembly work.
  • Read and understand drawings.
  • The ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • The ability to organize drive routes to maximize productivity.
  • Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
  • Willingness to work during evenings and on weekends, as needed.
