Job summary

Kelli’s Gifts in Coppell, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly/General Labor team member for a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The role focuses on safe, accurate production and basic packaging within a climate-controlled environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stand and lift up to 60 pounds, and a willingness to cross-train in multiple line positions. Forklift experience is a plus; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required (we will train you).
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

• Perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication & division).


• Understand and follow both verbal and written assembly instructions to build necessary products.


• Work with speed and accuracy to keep the process and products moving as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality and high production while meeting safety standards.


• Perform other necessary processes and/or duties in a cooperative manner when assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.


• Learn different line jobs to be able to fill variety of positions as needed.


• Perform repetitive motion including squeezing hand, lifting, walking, standing, and/or bending throughout the work shift.


• Climb on a ladder and/or crawl under a rack to get necessary components.


• Keep the workstation cleaned and organized.


• Operate manual or auto tail machine, bow machine, glue gun, and/or balloon machine if deemed necessary.

Work Environment

• Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled building


• Standing and walking for extended periods

Requirements
