Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Production Associate / Assembler in Seguin, TX. No experience required; training provided in a climate-controlled facility producing heavy equipment used worldwide. Earn $18.00 to $19.80 per hour with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd options, 10-hour days, and a 3-day weekend each week. You will assemble components, install parts, inspect quality, follow safety procedures, and keep your workspace organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Qualified candidates will complete a COPA assessment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble engine and equipment components following work instructions.
• Install parts, hoses, seals, bearings and hardware.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
