Pay starts at $18.50 plus shift premium totaling $21.00

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Skokie, IL. You’ll get to:

  • Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
  • Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist with line set ups, start up, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area
  • Maintain quality standards by visually inspecting parts, components, and subassemblies
  • Recognize and solve minor problems that arise
  • Perform necessary material handling requirements of the job
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Must be available for overtime, including weekends
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
