The Defense Systems Division is part of the Parker Aerospace Group, located in Irvine, California. Our products are used across military and commercial platforms globally. Works under general supervision and is responsible for work output. On a production basis, performs medium electronic and electromechanical assembly and subassembly work. Semi-repetitive to repetitive-type work. May make simple decisions but must generally follow well established precedents.
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Good understanding of ESD controls, soldering, epoxy mixing, bonding, assembly and packaging techniques, as well as handling of classified assemblies.
