Production Assembler - 1st Shift - Seasonal Position

Join our team at MI Windows and Doors as a Seasonal Production Assembler on the 1st Shift! Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. The shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE
• Communicate effectively within a team
• Read and interpret production orders
• Operate cutting and fabrication equipment
• Assemble and install glass panels and hardware
• Inspect units for quality
• Package and prepare units for shipment
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to understand work instructions and read a tape measure
