Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Production Assembler for 1st shift in Moorpark, CA. You will assemble parts on a fast-paced line, document handling, and rotate on the line to meet daily quotas.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, use of hand tools, and steel-toed footwear. 1st shift starts at 4am with 10-12 hour shifts, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in production and/or assembly position.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create a highly effective team environment.
• Able to use a variety of hand tools in department, including air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other power hand tools.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Responsibilities

Shift

• 1st shift, 4am start time (working 10-12 hour shifts)
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• In order to accommodate the needs of our business, it may be necessary to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is $19.65/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
