Job summary

AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN is seeking self-starting assemblers to join our team, performing machine and tool operation, building outdoor power equipment, and contributing to daily production goals.

This role features a starting wage of $18 per hour, a four-day schedule Monday through Thursday (4:30 AM–3:00 PM) with occasional Fridays, and strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
• Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Capable of adhering to Standard Work.
• Able to work as part of a team.

• Safe operation of machine and tools
