JOB TITLE: Production Assembler, Full Time, Part Time, Day Shift

EMPLOYEE STATUS: Hourly, non-exempt

JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform a series of assembly tasks to manufacture assigned products.

START WAGE:

1st Shift: Up to $16.90 per hour

TERRIFIC BENEFITS (Must work 30 hours per week):

WORK SCHEDULE (Flexible Hours):

• 1st Shift: Full Time: Mon. - Fri. 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or Mon. - Thurs. 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
• 1st Shift Part Time: Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS/PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

• Demonstrates ability to work well in a team.
• Demonstrates quality control by inspection work performed.
• Consistently meets production targets after training period.
• Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate with others.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift 30 to 40 pounds.
• Good manual dexterity requiring hand-eye coordination.
• Upper body repetitive motion requiring standing to perform.
• You may be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrates ability to read and do basic math.
• High school diploma/GED or proven work experience in a related field.
